This isn’t pregnancy yoga for the sake of movement.

It’s yoga intentionally designed as birth preparation.

Every session weaves together pregnancy-safe movement, labour-focused breathing, and guided relaxation to support your body and nervous system for birth - not just the mat.

This isn’t about dipping into random online videos or doing what simply feels nice in the moment...

It’s about building calm, confidence, and body awareness week by week, so you know how to breathe, move, and soften when it matters most.

If you want to feel calmer in your body, more confident in your ability to give birth, and more connected to yourself and your baby, Breathe to Birth Yoga is designed to support you every step of the way.

Rather than just offering a weekly stretch, this course helps you build a steady sense of calm, trust, and physical readiness throughout pregnancy, so you feel supported not only on the mat, but as you move towards birth.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, you’ll begin to:

  • sleep more deeply and feel more rested

  • feel calmer and less overwhelmed

  • trust your body and your baby more

  • build strength and stamina for labour and birth

  • ease common pregnancy aches and tension

  • feel more relaxed, connected, and prepared

This is about preparing your body and mind for birth, not just getting through pregnancy.

Created for you and your birth partner, this is preparation that supports both of you to feel steadier, more informed, and more connected as you move towards birth together.

FAQs

Do I need to have done yoga before?

Not at all. This course is designed for complete beginners as well as those with an existing yoga practice. The focus isn’t on flexibility or advanced poses - it’s on gentle movement, breath, nervous system support, and preparation for birth.

How is this different from free pregnancy yoga online?

This isn’t generic pregnancy yoga.
Every session is designed with birth in mind, not just movement, but breath, nervous system support, and preparation for labour. You’re not just stretching - you’re learning how to move, breathe, and regulate your body in ways that directly support birth.

When can I start the course?

You can begin from 12-14 weeks of pregnancy and continue right up until birth. You can move through the sessions at your own pace and revisit them as often as you like.

What if I have pelvic pain, SPD, or pregnancy complications?

If you have SPD, PGP, low-lying placenta, placenta previa, or any medical concerns, you should always check with your midwife or healthcare provider before starting.
The sessions are gentle and adaptable, but your individual care always comes first.

Do I need special equipment?

No - just a mat, a cushion or blanket, and a quiet space to move and breathe. Everything else is optional.

When can I start the course?

You’ll receive lifetime access to both Breathe to Birth Yoga and The 3Cs Birth Essentials, so you can revisit the content throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Is this about planning the “perfect” birth?

No, this isn’t about rigid plans or controlling outcomes. It’s about helping you feel supported, informed, calm and confident, whatever your birth looks like.

Is this suitable for all types of birth?

Yes. This work supports vaginal birth, induction, caesarean birth, home birth, hospital birth, medicated and unmedicated births.

The focus is not on how you birth, but how you feel in the experience.

Do I need The 3Cs Birth Essentials if I’m doing the yoga?

You don’t need to do both, each can be taken on its own. That said, they work beautifully together because they support different parts of birth preparation.

Breathe to Birth Yoga supports your body through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation, helping you feel calmer, stronger and more at ease as you approach birth.

The 3Cs Birth Essentials support both you and your birth partner to understand birth, build confidence, and feel clear about choices and decision-making, so you feel informed, supported, and involved together.

Yoga prepares the body.
The 3Cs prepare the experience of birth.

I'm Chloe. A Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Hypnobirthing Instructor and X-Hail Meditation Coach. I am also a full time mum of two, and although I am now well out of the baby phase with a 15 year old boy and 13 year old girl, I still remember vividly what it was like though.

I believe giving birth is a transformational event in a woman's life and I am passionate about every woman feeling informed, empowered and prepared as they approach and experience their labour and birth.

With over ten years experience as an antenatal teacher - my Yoga, Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation classes and courses are in depth, practical and accessible. They are suitable for whatever birth experience you plan for and whatever birth experience you have.
