Hi, I’m Chloe.

I’m a Pregnancy and Advanced Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Birth Coach and X-Hail Meditation Instructor, supporting women through body-led, nervous-system-informed birth preparation.

Since 2015, I’ve supported women through pregnancy and towards birth, and over the years, I’ve seen that information alone isn’t always what helps most when things feel intense.

What makes the biggest difference is how safe and supported someone feels in their body.

That’s why my work is body-led and nervous-system-informed. Using breath, movement, and awareness to help you stay present, trust yourself, and respond to what’s happening rather than tense up and resist it.

Everything I share is designed to be realistic, supportive, and centred around you - your body, your choices, and your experience of birth.
