
ABOUT ME
I’m Chloe - Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Educator, Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, X-Hail Meditation Instructor, and mum of two teenagers (currently testing my patience and parenting skills in new and creative ways).
For over ten years, I’ve been supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period helping them feel calm, confident, and connected as they navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.
My work combines evidence-based education with practical, grounded tools like breathwork, meditation, and yoga, not as a one-size-fits-all approach, but as a way to help you tune into your body, trust your instincts, and find your own rhythm.
I’m endlessly passionate about changing the way we talk about birth because I believe every woman and birthing person deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered in her experience, whatever path it takes.
Beyond my work, I’m a lifelong bookworm, tea drinker, and self-confessed birth geek. I live with my husband, our two teenagers, our dog, Leo and cat, Betty - all of whom keep life wonderfully unpredictable.
